Data Privacy Policy
I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use my website—like which pages are helpful and where I can improve. I also have a contact form and an embedded Google Calendar scheduler for appointments. Here’s how I handle your data (spoiler: with respect).
What I Collect & Why
Google Analytics
- Tracks basic website usage (e.g., page visits, time spent) with anonymized data.
- I’ve disabled personal tracking—your IP address is hidden, and I don’t see who you are.
Contact Form
- If you email me via the form, I’ll only use your name/email to respond.
- I won’t add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask (and you can opt out anytime).
Google Calendar Scheduler
- When you book an appointment, Google Calendar processes your name, email, and meeting details.
- I only use this to confirm and manage appointments—nothing else.
What I Don’t Do
- I never sell, trade, or misuse your data. Ever.
- I don’t store contact form submissions or calendar bookings outside of Google’s or Netlify's (form data) secure systems.
- I avoid unnecessary data collection (e.g., I won’t ask for your address unless it’s truly needed).
Your Control
- Opt out of analytics: Use Google’s opt-out tool or disable cookies in your browser.
- Delete contact history: Email me to remove past messages.
- Google Calendar data: Managed via your Google account settings.
I’ll update this policy if anything changes, but your privacy will always come first.
